• All sales are final — no refunds will be issued.

• Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

• Shawls, hijabs, and any unboxed or used items are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.

• Reports of damaged or defective items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification.

• • Client pays for shipping when exchanging.

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

• International delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

• International delivery are processed within 6-9 business days.

• Shipping to Palestine: 10-12 business days. 
• Shipping around Jordan: 2-3 working days.

• Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

• Any delays or holds by customs within the recipient country are beyond our control.

• For customs-related inquiries, please contact your local courier or customs office directly.

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or customs clearance procedures.

• Wash at 40–60°C only.

• For prayer sets: do not tumble dry.

• Use mild detergents only.

• Do not use bleach.

• Hang to dry or tumble dry on a low setting.

• To maintain the quality of your items, follow the fabric care label on each product.

• For delicate materials such as silk or chiffon, we recommend hand washing or using a gentle machine cycle.
